Per PL 100-463, all mooring chain delivered under this contract must be manufactured in the U.S. Large businesses will be required to submit Subcontracting Plan in accordance with FAR 19.704 SUBCONTRACTING PLAN REQUIREMENTS Contractor may bid on any or all CLINS but must bid on all accessories within a chain size.
