Fleet mooring chain and accessories to include chains ranging in size
from 2-1/2 inches to 1-3/4 inches, and accompanying hardware for 4
inches thru 1-3/4 inches sized chain to include pear links, anchor
joining links, chain joining links, and ground rings.The chain and
accessories are for mooring Navy vessels and are not intended for
shipboard anchor chain use. Per PL 100-463, all mooring chain delivered
under this contract must be manufactured in the U.S. Large businesses
will be required to submit Subcontracting Plan in accordance with FAR
19.704 SUBCONTRACTING PLAN REQUIREMENTS Contractor may bid on any or
all CLINS but must bid on all accessories within a chain size. ''All or
None'' qualifications will be nonresponsive. Split award determination
will be based on individual CLINS. IFB mailed approximately 12 July
