The Bureau of Indian Affairs intends to procure wood poles for Colorado River Agency at Parker, LaPaz County, Arizona. This procurement consists of wood pole, for use on distribution circuits, douglas fir, white fir, lodgepole pine, western red cedar or ponderosa pine in accordance with the latest issue and addenda of the applicable codes, standards, regulation procedures and test. Poles to be full length pressure treated with type A pentachlorophenol solvent, minimum of 0.60 PCF, penetration of preservative in the deep incised zone shall be 100 percent of 2.50 inches of all the pole lengths. The poles shall be in the following lengths, class and quantities: (1) 100 - 35 feet in length, Class 2, and (2) 100 - 40 feet in length, Class 2. The products shall be delivered to Colorado River Agency, Parker, Arizona, within 60 calendar days after award of contract.
