NOAA's National Marine Fisheries Service is seeking the services of an individual or organization, with demonstrated knowledge of Karluk River sockeye salmon research, to locate, summarize and evaluate all the published reports and unpublished data concerning the Karluk River sockeye system between 1891 and the present. The contractor shall assemble this information in one comprehensive publication-ready manuscript. The Government anticipates award of a fixed-priced contract resulting from this Request for Proposals (RFP).
