This will include structural and architectural design, interior finishes, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, and installing escalators for vertical transport to the second floor. The design will be in three phases: Design Program, Design Development, and Construction Drawings. Construction Period Services will also be provided. As part of the submission, the firm shall submit examples of other projects with similar design. Award will be subject to the availability of funds.
