This will include: heating and cooling load analysis for each building, survey of equipment condition, comparison of existing HVAC service with actual needs and VA standards for air exchanges, recommendations for selection of replacement and additional systems, phasing study for prioritizing upgrades, sizing of system components, and design development for projects that will save energy. Area of consideration is limited to 50 mile radius of Castle Point, NY which is located 3 miles north of I-84 on route 9D. SIC 8712 applies. The size standard is $1.25 million.
