Contractor to provide durg abuse counseling at the Federal Correctional Institution and Federal Prison Camp, Phoenix, Arizona, which is located approximately 15 miles north of Phoenix on I-17. Period of performance is from the date of award through 9-30-96, with four, one-year option periods. Contractor to provide up to ten one-hour sessions per week (Monday through Friday) which is approximately 520 sessions for the base period (estimated award date of 10-1-95) and 520 sessions for each option period.
