J -- J--MAINTEANCE OF ETHYLENE OXIDE (ETO) STERILIZER SYSTEM SOL DADA10-95-R-0121 DUE 080795 POC Contract Specialist Robin Thomas (210) 221-9467 (Site Code DADA10) The U.S.Army Health Services Command, Central Contracting Office (CCO), has a requirement for maintenance of a Eagle 3000 Ethylene Oxide (ETO) System to be provided at Bayne-Jones Army Community Hospital, Building 285, Medical Maintenance Department, Fort Polk, Louisiana. The contractor will be required to perform preventive maintenance inspections (PMIs), 12 complete inspecitions and a complete leak test monthly. Contractor shall provide parts and labor necessary to remedy any deficiencies in the equipment identified during ther review. Contractor will be available for scheduled and unscheduled service calls. For unshceduled emergency service calls the contractor has 24 hours response time. This is a firm-firxed- price contract. The period of performance will be 1 Oct 95 - 30 Sep 96 with four one-year options. The solicitation will be issued on or about 7 Jul 95 with a closing on or about 7 Aug 95.
