Includes Group A kits and Group B navigation, communication, and defensive systems. Minimum Essential Requirements: Ramp space and enclosed hangar space for 2 C-141B aircraft, certified runway, control tower, safety procedures, fuel storage/transfer, backshops, weighing facilities, prior experience on fixed wing modifications and nav/comm/defensive systems. Delivery: Two installations every four months. Availability of specifications, plans, drawings, or other technical data: It is impracticable to distribute the data with the solicitation. These documents may be reviewed at WR-ALC, LUKA, POC, Judith A. Moll, 912-926- 2409. A technical library will be available. The approximate issue/response date will be 19 Jul 95.
