The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to perform monitor well installation (including lithologic logs and well construction diagrams), soil borings, analysis of soil samples, using an Organic Vapor Analyzer (OVA), slug tests and the collection of groundwater samples from monitoring wells for petroleum contaminated sites, but not limited to Naval Complex and Outlying Fields (i.e. Bronson Field and Saufley Feld). The contractor shall provide the above services as ordered by the ACO. There is $25.00 (NON-REFUNDABLE) fee per set of plans and specifications. Plans and specifications will be available 30 days prior to the approximate bid opening date and UNTIL SUPPLIES ARE EXHAUSTED.
