The IFB is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns under standard industrial classification Code 8999 ($5,000,000.00 average annual receipts). The contract shall provide for all management, supervision, labor, equipment, supplies, material and transportation required to operate, maintain and repair the Main usaypg water treatment plant and other various water treatment systems located throughout usaypg. The term of the contract will be 12 months and 2 12-month options are available. All responsible small business sources shall beconsidered.
