The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) intends to negotiate under the authority of FAR 6.302 on a sole source basis with Landis & Gyr, Inc., 11800 Baltimore Avenue, Beltsville, MD 20705 to provide maintenance and repairs to the EMCS Power 600 System. The services are required to meet load requirements and provide safe operation of equipment at OPM's Theodore Roosevelt Building at 1900 E Street, NW., Washington, DC. A four-year Firm-Fixed-Price contract will be awarded. This is not a request for competitive proposals. OPM is not soliciting or accepting proposals for this procurement action. If no affirmative responses are received within 15 days after publication of this notice, the solicitation will be issued to Landis & Gyr, Inc. The equipment is manufactured by Landis & Gyr.
