Carney (Site Code DODAAC) The work to be performed under this contract is at various locations along the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway beginning at the Highway 331 bridge crossing of Choctawhatchee Bay and ending at the Highway 98 bridge crossing in Apalachicola, Florida. Work items that will be accomplished utilizing this contract consist of the repair of disposal area dikes, cleaning drainage ditches, ring diking, and mechanical dredging operations with the backhoe. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns, the size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates, having no more than $5.0 million in average annual receipts for the three preceding years.
