Contractor shall provide on-site, college accredited, occupation or technical based postsecondary level education classes which lead to a one year certificate or two year Associate of Arts Degree for the inmate population at the Federal Correctional Institution, Englewood, 9595 W. Quincy Ave., Littleton, CO 80123. The contractor must be listed in the directory entitled ``Accredited Institutions of Postsecondary Education'' published by the American Council on Education for the Council on Postsecondary Accreditation (COPA). Contractor shall be certified in the general field of postsecondary (or higher) education with specific certification in their area of expertise. The contract period will include a base year not to exceed twelve months, with four (4), one year option periods for renewal.
