The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for construction of a new Main Post Office in Douglasville, Georgia on a site located on West Stewart Mill Blvd., west of Bill Arp Rd. The building will have approximately 40,000 gross SF of floor space with approximately 4000 SF of covered exterior area. Some of the building features are masonry construction with brick veneer, EPDM rubber single ply membrane roof system, steel structural system, chain link fence,landscaping, irrigation, glass store front, site work, utilities, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, paving, concrete work, carpentry, painting and other work associated with postal construction. The estimated cost of this project is between $2,500,000 and $3,500,000 with completion within 420 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
