Work shall include an indoor space of approximately 11,400 square feet and and outdoor space of approximately 20,700 square feet. An extension to the interior space is included to provide the required space. This interior space work will include: controlled lighting, electronic communications, security system, structural, mechanical, sprinkler system, and electrical. The outdoor space work will include: site work, drainage, landscape, fencing, and security lighting. Included under Option 1 are: the purchase and installation of casework, appliances, classroom lofts, trellises, and indoor and outdoor play equipment. The estimated cost range for this project is between $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. This procurement is issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is opened to SMALL business concerns only.
