Work includes but is not limited to construction of approximately 279 SM (3000 SF) of office/breakroom addition, extension of existing canopy approximately 1206 SM (12,982 SF) of warehouse to sales, Deli/Bakery, produce preparation and display area, renovate approximately 3716 SM (40,000 SF) of sales area and administration {area, upgrade HVAC system, and upgrade the stores interior decor. The project will provide space for new produce display area, delicatessen, bakery, health and beauty alcove and additional dry goods shelving. The entire refrigeration system will be upgraded and all display cases will be replaced with enviromentaly safe systems using HCFC-22 refrigerant. Project also includes replacement of the existing roofing, flashing, and metal counterflashing. Phasing of construction will be required to allow full operation of the facility during construction. The magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. Period of performance is 12 months. This procurement is unrestricted.
