The building is to be finished with board and batten siding and river rock veneer; constructing minor modifications to existing parking by cutting and removing pavement, widening and paving; importing and placing select borrow and top soil, and seeding; constructing concrete walkways; placing and installing barrier posts and boulders; removing and obliterating pavement traffic markings and applying pavement traffic and markings; constructing concrete dumpster pad. This project is located approximately 11 miles north of Sedona, Arizona on the west side of Arizona State Highway 89A at milepost 384.9. The project legal description is: T19N, R6E, Section 34, NW 1/4, Gila and Salt River Meridian. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 25, 1995.
