Work includes but is not limited to the following: This project is for the expansion of the sales and support areas into the existing warehouses, and the constructon of a deli/bakery. The sales area will receive decor treatment, lighting, and HVAC upgrades. Alterations include produce, HBA, meat, frozen food, dairy, fish, restrooms, checkout area, administration offices, and exit vestibules. Also included is replacement of all refrigerated and non refrigerated display cases, gondola shelving, and the complete refrigeration system. The new refrigeration system will utilize R-22 refrigerant. The proposed procurement is open to both large and small business concerns. The magnitude of contraction is between $5M and $10M. Bid guarantee is required. The bid package should be available on or about 14 July 1995. The request for solicitation package must be included a 9 digit zip code.
