Project SGBP-95-0044, This project consists of providing a modern paint storage facility. Project involves modifying portions of the floor, walls, and ceiling, relocating mixing bench, sealing floor with high performance coating and improving HVAC system. HVAC portions include new exhaust hood, air ducts, fans, and controls. Estimated performance period is 90 days.This action is being considered for 100 % set aside for SMALL DISADVANTAGE BUSINESS (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should notify this office, in writing, of their intention to bid on the project as a prime contractor as early as possible but NO LATER THAN COB 15 July 1995. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. SIC code 1541 applies. The SDB size standard of $7M is a three year average annual gross revenue. Please provide certified reports/statements which will verify this. If a joint venture is being considered please provide the combined average annual gross revenue of both companies. This will expidite SDB verification and contract award.
