The work includes the extensive interior demolition and reconstruction of an existing, two story, 20,700 Square Foot Bachelor Enlisted Quarters Building. The work will include the removal and disposal of asbestos materials and lead paint. The converted building will house a Naval Reserve Training Center with administrative offices, classrooms, and related support spaces. New construction will include partitions, flooring and ceilings throughout, and complete mechanical and electrical systems. Exterior work will include a new accessible entrance, and a new parking area for approximately 20 vehicles.
