This project consists of painting exterior of houses, metal roofs, trash enclosures, installation of new semi-open downspouts, cast iron cleanouts, and copper gutter screens. The project also includes selective replacement of deteriorated/damaged copper gutters, copper downspouts, and 1x4 wood members at dormers. The specifications do require the contractor to deliver, use, store, or handle hazardous material at this government activity. Lead paint removal is required and is covered in the specifications.
