Project consists of the repair and replacement of steam and condensate piping located in concrete ducts, access manholes and building service entrance pits. Work includes removal of pipe expansion joints, paint anchors and pipe guides, installation of gate valves, expansion joints, pipe guides, pipe anchors, weld neck flanges and pipe roller supports. Pipe connections are both welded and flanges. System testing is to include excavation, back-fill and restoration of ground surfaces as required to access pipe locations.
