Repair includes replacing of existing HVAC system; replace exterior doors; remove/replace existing light fixtures; upgrade firm alarm & detection system; upgrade bldg to meet ADA requirements; install new T-bar lay-in ceiling, and remove some asbestos. Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 1711. The magnitude of this project is $250,000 - $500,000. This solicitation is set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business Firms.
