Furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, mateials, and operations as required to repair/alter the existing squadron operations facility, building 1025. Remodeling shall include selective demolition, construction of new metal canopy roof entries, new architectural walls and finishes, construction of new bathrooms, new mezzanine floor system, new stairs and elevator, new mechanical and plumbing, electrical, fire detection, fire alarm and suppression systems, telephone and data wiring, computer network wiring, and lighting systems. Project requirements will be mae available on or about 18 July 95. All work accomplished will be in strict accordance with the specifiatins and drawings. The magnitude of this solicitation is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Requests for this solicitation must be submitted in writing or by FAX. Our fax number is (916) 634-3311.
