Construct Band Rehearsal Center and Recording Studio. Construct an 11,580 square foot facility to provide rehearsal rooms and a recording studio for the Band of the Rockies. Facility consists of concrete masonry unit walls with steel roof joists topped by a lightweight concrete deck. Site work includes utility distribution systems, grading and construction of loading dock and parking areas. Project requires specialized construction to provide acoustical wall and ceiling finishes and electronics to support the recording studio. The magnitude of this acquisition is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The solicitation is scheduled for issuance on or about 31 Jul 95 with a bid opening on or about 31 Aug 95. Performance time for the project is 245 calendar days. The proposed contract listed here is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered by the agency. A solicitation package may be obtained by sending a written request referencing F05604-95-B7013 and title. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made until funds are available to make payments under contract.
