Work will include demolition of floors, ceilings, walls, electrical, plumbing and asbestos; consolidation of three existing kitchens into one large kitchen which includes relocation of existing kitchen equipment and installation of new equipment; create new six (6) bed Female Medical Ward which includes installation of new HVAC air handler. The estimated cost range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. IFB 641-37-95 will be issued on or about July 17, 1995. Bid opening date is scheduled for August 15, 1995 at 2:00 P.M. (local time). Cost of the plans and specifications for this project is $25.00 per set, non-refundable, check or money order shall be made payable to the Department of Veterans Affairs (no cash will be accepted).
