The unit will be approximately 30,500 gross square feet with approximately 1,600 gross square feet of mechanical penthouse. Sixteen of the segregation cells are located within a medical seclusion unit and in some cases have special features. Inspection of the existing conditions will be allowed during the pre-bid conference only. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the plans, specifications and the contract documents.
