Interested SDB concerns shall as early as possible but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the Contracting Officer evidence of capability to perform (four references of similiar work, contact numbers, points of contact and phone numbers), letter from bonding company certifying maximum level of bonding for the proposed project, affirmative statement requesting set-aside action and intent to bid, and a positive statement of eligibility as a SDB concern. Information previously submitted shall not be considered for this contract action. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued unrestricted.
