Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials and appliances necessary to perform all operations in connection with the replacement of the existing mailbox site within the Army Family Housing areas on Fort Drum, New York. This procurement is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. The Principal Features consist of: (1) Removal of existing, freestanding mailbox units. (2) Removal of existing concrete, area slabs around the mailboxes. (3) Excavation to proper grade and installation of new concrete slabs. (4) Construction of new pre-fabricated enclosures to house the new mailboxes. (5) Installation of new mailbox units within the enclosure, and (6) Replacement of topsoil and seeding of designated sites areas. Solicitation is to be issued O/A 15 Jul 95.
