Provide all labor, materials, supplies and equipment to replace roof on the USARC and OMS buildings, Kewaunee, WI. Work consists of removal of existing built-up roofing, wood nailers, vapor retarder down to roof deck, gravel stops, flashings, and roof trim members. Existing flashing materials contain asbestos greatern than 1% and the estimated amount is 1600 L.F. Roofing materials do not contain asbestos. Install a new SBS modified bitumen roofing system-membrane system with mineral surface cap sheet finish, new rigid insulation, and, new gravel stops. Magnitude of project is between $25,000 and $100,000. 20% bid bond required. Performance time is 45 calendar days.
