Work for this project will include, but is not limited to the renovating of existing dining area and kitchen areas, the enlargement of the serving area and the covering of the existing exterior lanai with a permanent roof covering, structure to match the existing and the construction of a cmu wall at the Service Area. A solicitation will be issued in compliance with the Business Opportunity Development Program Act of 1988, establishing a test of unrestricted competition. The estimated cost of construction will be between $500,000.00 - $1 million. Request for the solicitation must be in writing and may be faxed to (808) 449-7026.
