Work consists of the demolition of existing construction, cutting and patching, interior renovations, external renovations, and related electrical work. Work includes concrete demolition, rough carpentry, architectural woodwork, replacing doors and hardware, interior finishes, plumbing, heating and ventilation, electrical systems, lighting, and communication-alarm-signal systems. Work includes asbestos and lead-based paint removal and disposal. Contract time is 180 days, beginning on or about October 1, 1995. Estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000.
