This solicitation consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to perform the following construction work at McChord AFB, WA: (1) Excavate unsuitable soil, grade and place base course and asphalt cement concrete, (2) Relocate taxiway lighting, drainage structures, and fire hydrants and (3) Provide pavement markings. Magnitude of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Period of performance is sixty (60) continuous calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Solicitation will be issued on or about 17 Jul 95 with the bid opening on or about 17 Aug 95. This proposed contract is unrestricted. The applicable Standard Industrial Code for this project is 1611 with an average annual gross revenue of $17.0 million for the last three fiscal years.
