The equipment required must include a minimum payload of 2500 pounds, four doors, GVWR minimum of 8550, wheelbase 129, Gas Engine, minimum CID/Cyl., 350/8 (5.7 L), automatic T-2 transmission, 2 speed transfer case, standard differential type/ratio, H.D.A., shocks/springs suspension, power brakes, power steering, front wheel locking hubs, minimum 16''/LT235 tires, mud and snow type treads, minimum 65A/515CCA Alternator, heavy duty cooling system, minimum 35 gallon fuel capacity, leaf-type rear doors, minimum 6 passenger seating capacity, standard air conditioning, AM/FM stereo radio, and rear window defroster. Exterior color must be single tone white or off white or medium to dark blue. A standard manufacturer's warranty covering all engine and drive train components must be included. The vehicle must be available for verification of specification conformance and delivery within the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area.
