(2) Overview: The intended product is a high-performance, highly reliable, flexibly extensible computer system that Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (hereinafter called ``NTT'') will use primarily for 24 hour continuous on-line transaction processing of large-volume data in its major business activities. (3) Contents of RFI: Applicants are requested to supply NTT with the following information on similar products, or on technology relating to the product mentioned above. (All supplied information will be regarded as non-secret information and may be disclosed to third parties in the form of, for example, inclusion in the corresponding PROCUREMENT DOCUMENTATION, or may become available to third parties.
