Complete unit consists of a two story residential section with a double pitched roof containing two chop out hatches, second floor and attic floor with an ''L'' shaped stair to the second floor burn room and a 14' x 16' overhead door on one end. Attached to the end of the building opposite the overhead door a single story annex which is also a burn room. The 1st and 2nd floor burn rooms shall each contain propane fueled simulators and be entirely lined with insulation to protect the structure. Specifications and drawings will accompany the RFP.
