The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division has a requirement for technical services for the development, test, and evaluation of Non-Cooperative Target Identification (NCTI) and related technologies. A one year cost plus fixed fee level of effort contract with four one year options is anticipated. The approximate level of effort per year for each year is 12,000 man hours. The work will be performed at the Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division Patuxent River, MD. The following tasks shall be performed by the contractor: 1) Data Collection and Analysis; 2) Algorithm Development; 3) NCTI Development Laboratory Support; 4) Radar NCTI System Integration and Test; 5) NCTI Processor Development; and 6) Technical Planning and Documentation.
