All machines are government owned. This is an only known source requirement, to Holden Hospital Supply inc. Additional information will be provided in the solicitation. Delivery schedule is as specified on each individual delivery order. Duration of contract: 1 October 1995 thru 30 September 1996 with possiblity of two (2) 12 month option periods. Note 22 applies.
