Contractor shall then provide monthly maintenance and emergency service calls for the period of October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996. Nurse call systems are located at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, (Wade Park Unit) 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, OH 44106.
