Buildings range from one story to three stories in elevation and comprise an area of approximately 257,144SF. All work shall be accomplished as per plans and specifications titled Facilities Demolition Phase I, II, III, and IV, Projects VGLZ952039/40/41/42. Performance period is sixty (60) calendar days for Phases I, III, and IV and ninety (90) calendar days for Phase II after contract award. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
