SIC code is 8999.Contractor will be required to furnish medical transcription services.Reports will be transmittted via telephone modem to government owned printer and/or uploaded directly into the medical center's software programs.The contractor shall provide access to a state of the art digital dictation system capable of handling a minimum of seven concurrent dictations.Dictation must be able to be received 24 hours a day, seven days a week.Turn around times from dictation to receipt of transcribed documents vary from four hours to 48 hours and will be strictly enforced.The government reserves the right to award this contract on an other then lowest price based upon a technical evaluation which will be assessed prior to award.Requests for solicitation packages MUST be made in writing, no verbal requests will be accepted.Requests for packages can be faxed to (804)728-3132.The solicitation package will be available on or about July 17, 1995 and will close at the close of business August 29, 1995.Proposals will be evaluated after August 29 and award will be made within 20 calendar days.
