All sponsorship offers will be lumped together to pay for field rentals, banquet expenses and promotional items. The event will be held August 14 - 19, 1995. Past similar events brought 2,000 military and civilian employees and their families throughout the week of the event. All donations submitted will be considered. Packages must be received by 12 July 1995. Call for extension. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship by nonappropriated fund instrumentality of the United States Government.
