The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, intends to award a firm fixed price contract for a contractor to furnish all labor, equipment and materials/supplies/chemicals and supervision to operate and maintain a waste water treatment facility located at the Corps of Engineers Chesapeake City and Delaware Canal Project Office, Chesapeake City, Maryland. The performance period will be from on or about September 1, 1995 through August 31, 1996. The solicitation will contain an option for two (2) one-year options for the periods September 1, 1996 through August 31, 1997 and September 1, 1997 through August 31, 1998. The Government will retain the right to exercise the options for additional years for a period of thirty (30) calendar days beyond the final date of the contract period.
