square meters in inner Section area and 300 meters in length, using the

consideration; 6) firms that can assign, to the Construction site, a
full-time chief engineer or Engineering supervisor who meets the
following criteria: a) is qualified as a certified first- class
Construction supervisor or equivalent or higher; B) has, since 1985,
had experience with a Project as described in item (5) above; and C) in
the case of Engineering supervisor, is qualified to supervise
designated Construction work; 7) firms not currently suspended from
designation by the director of the Kyushu Regional Construction Bureau;
and 8) firms not related by capital or personnel to the contractors
