Furnish all personnel, facilities, equipment, material, supplies, and services necessary to complete renovations of a Line Maintenance building which include concrete approach slabs and steel pipe bollards; exterior wall insulation finish system; furnish and install overhead door; install personnel doors; cover exterior existing wall openings for windows and air conditioning unit(s); fabricate structural steel and frame door openings and any required edge and intermediate support for exterior wall sheathing to cover wall openings for windows and air conditioning unit(s); fabricate and install required flashings for exterior wall insulation finish system; and remove existing concrete step at east end of building, renovations of a Maintenance building include furnish and install overhead doors; fabricate structural steel and frame door openings; furnish and install metal building insulation and conventional wall insulation; furnish and install wall mount ventilator; interior partition/separation walls; steel pipe bollards; and remove interior concrete masonry partition wall, and renovations of a Dispatch Center which include concrete approach slab and steel pipe bollards; remove portion of west wall of building and install 12' x 14' rolling service door; remove portion of earth berm adjacent to west building wall to accommodate new service door and approach slab and regrade and sod transitional portion of earth berm; remove portion of existing sidewalk to accommodate 20' wide approach slab and construct sidewalk transition to new approach slab. The estimated magnitude of the proposed procurement is between $100,000 and $250,000. Estimated period of performance is to complete the work by December 21, 1995. A pre-solicitation notice has been sent to all prospective contractors on Southwestern's mailing list and six planholder's rooms in Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 1541/GENERAL CONTRACTORS - INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS AND WAREHOUSES. The size standard is annual average gross revenue of $17 Million for the last three fiscal years. This acquisition is restricted to small business concerns.
