floor space to be renovated, or a one-story building constructed, to
its specifications, of approximately 2603 net interior square feet with
driveway, parking and maneuvering areas of no less than 22,117 sq. ft.
on a site, not including setback requirements, easements and water
retention and septic/sewer requirements, of approximately 44,521 sq.
ft. in Leeds, Town of Catskill, Greene County, State of New York. For
New Leased Construction, a basic term of twenty (20) years is sought,
with four (4) consecutive Renewal Options of five (5) years each. For
Existing Space, a basic term of ten (10) years is sought, with four (4)
consecutive Renewal Options of five (5) years each. Property must
satisfy all zoning and other requirements to permit its use as a postal
facility and should be within the boundaries of Schoharie Turnpike on
the north, Route 23/Jefferson Heights on the east, Ross Rulan Road on
the south and Route 67 on the west. Property must be free from all
forms of toxic and/or hazardous waste and must not lie within the
100-year flood plain or a wetlands area. Building and site must be, or
be capable of being made handicapped accessible according to Postal
