Provide all labor and materials to demolish and replace the existing guard station, gates and operators at the Fort Worth Federal Center located at 501 W. Felix Street, Fort Worth, Texas. The existing guard station is of reinforced concrete construction and is approximately 35ft. wide and 48ft. long. Demolition of the existing reinforced concrete foundation is also required. Existing gates are 10ft. high chain link with cable operators. The new guard station will be approximately 20ft X 20ft, wood stud construction with brick veneer, storefront windows and pitched metal roofing. New gates will be chain link with worm drive operators. Anticipated cost for all demolition and construction work is between $50,000 and $100,000. Presolicitation Notice to be sent on or about 7/5/95. Solicitation will be issued on or about 7/21/95, and bids will be due approximately thirty (30) calendar days after issuance.
