The treatment plant will consist of sludge holding tanks, ultraviolet disinfection unit, and attached metal building with laboratory, blower room, and filter press room. Estimate range is between $500,000 & $1,000,000. Term of the contract is 180 days. Bonds will be required. West Virginia Contractors License must be submitted prior to commencement of work by Contractor and all Subcontractors. $35 non-refundable fee payable to Alliant Techsystems Inc. must be submitted with written request to obtain plans and specifications.
