Work under this solicitation consists of but is not limited to submitting five (5) coordinated color and material samples for toilet room interior; construct temporary partitions to isolate the work area from the in-use area and allow construction in two phases; replace all sewer and water piping srvicing the toilet room; clean facility sewers; remove and dispose of water closets, urinials, partitions, lavatories, etc., install wall board, waterproof membrance on floor, ceramic floor and wale tile and repair surfaces and finish pain ceiling doors, frames and other surfaces in the construction area. The bid range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Solicitation packages will be availble on or about July 26, 1995. The bid opening date is September 4, 1995 at 2:00 p.m. local time.
