Z -- INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT FOR GENERAL CONSTRUCTION (R&A) ALASKA AREA SOL 020315-95-A-0029 due 073195. Point of Contact Gabriel Moreno, Procurement Specialist Facilities (907) 261-5428. The contract resulting from this solicitation will include services for renovations and miscellaneous repair and alteration projects at various leased and owned facilities located in the State of Alaska. This Term Construction contract(s) will run for a 1 year period with a 1 year renewal option. Contractors must have minimum of two (2) years experience, as of the date of issue, in general construction work. Contractors must also possess the capabilities of working at least two to three jobs at the same time. Specific task/work orders will be issued by theContracting Officer in accordance with the unit price schedule and specifications. The initial contract value will be $250,000.00 with a maximum value of $1,000,000.00 over the life of the contract. The amount of work issued will not be less than $10,000.00. A work order will not be less than $500.00 and not more than $100,000.00. Offerors will be required to submit one (1) multiplier ``to be applied to the various unit prices established in the Unit Price Schedule''. The multiplier must contain the offerors's overhead, profit, bonds, insurance and all other contingencies. No allowances for such items will be made after contract award. A preproposal conference will be held on July 19, 1995 at 2:00 pm at the above address. Solicitations will be available on July 5, 1995.
